As an agent, working from home holds many advantages over working from an office.
When I first got into real estate, I realized that those who sold the most houses (and made the most money) were never in the office. They were always out and about selling houses and making money. Why have an office then? Why not just work from home? In my experience, people are afraid to work from home because they don’t want to get sidetracked by distractions. But here’s the thing: Working in a designated office brings its own distractions, and there’s no money in keeping one.
As you’ll see in today’s video, there are plenty of benefits to working from home. I’ve worked from home for the past 16 years, and I’ll share the best practices to maximize your business without ever needing an office.

There are a lot of things you just can’t learn in real estate licensing school. Thankfully, we discussed several such lessons in my latest coaching session.

This is partially due to the fact that the lessons you’re taught in real estate licensing school don’t even scratch the surface of what you’ll need to know to thrive in this business. Truly high-quality agents know that this career requires you to constantly seek out new educational opportunities, and, as a professional real estate coach, it’s my passion to provide these exact kinds of lessons. I covered several of the things real estate licensing school doesn’t teach you during my most recent coaching webinar, and I’m excited to share that...
