Welcome to my training video on why you need a coach, mentor, and trainer. (Look, you’re already a step ahead by watching this video!) I began my career in real estate almost 17 years ago. I had some basic sales training and experience ahead of time. However, after a while, I found out that wasn’t enough in real estate. I needed a coach and mentor to keep me on track, to check in with periodically, to help me when I was struggling, and for many other reasons. Today I’m explaining why you truly do need a coach/mentor/trainer to be a successful real estate agent.
