While writing my book, “The Half Millionaire Real Estate Agent”, I developed a list of the 10 rules that I think every agent should be following in their daily lives.
I’m very excited to talk to you about an insightful and useful topic today: The 10 commandments for real estate agents. It’s something that I developed while writing my book, “The Half Millionaire Real Estate Agent.” I saw a lot of mistakes being made by agents that I wanted to rectify on a larger scale. The first commandment is, “Thou shalt not count thy chickens until they hatch.” To learn the other nine commandments and how they can help you and your business grow, watch my latest video.

There are a lot of things you just can’t learn in real estate licensing school. Thankfully, we discussed several such lessons in my latest coaching session.
As you know, becoming a real estate agent isn’t nearly as difficult as actually succeeding in the industry once you’ve obtained your license. This is partially due to the fact that the lessons you’re taught in real estate licensing school don’t even scratch the surface of what you’ll need to know to thrive in this business. Truly high-quality agents know that this career requires you to constantly seek out new educational opportunities, and, as a professional real estate coach, it’s my passion to provide these exact kinds of lessons. I covered several of the things real estate licensing school doesn’t teach you during my most recent coaching webinar, and I’m excited to share that...
For today’s coaching session, we’ll be covering all the things you need to know to become an expert negotiator. Let’s dive in.
As an agent, being a skilled negotiator is essential. Whether it’s getting a buyer’s offer accepted or negotiating closing costs once the deal is sealed, a major part of your role as a real estate professional is knowing how to effectively advocate for your clients’ best interests. This is why, for today’s video training, we’ll be going over everything you need to know to become an expert negotiator.
Today’s coaching message will teach you all the skills you need to get your clients the outcome they want, without risking the stability of a contract. We’ll primarily focus on how to negotiate on behalf of a seller, but many of the tips in this training will apply in a general sense, as well.

Today I’ll discuss the seven steps to creating an effective direct mailing campaign. Tune in for some great tips.
I’ve been doing direct mailings for the past 16 years of my career, and it’s become an integral part of my business to get listings. In that time, it has been one of the most consistent pieces of marketing that I’ve been able to do. A lot of different marketing platforms that I’ve used over my career have changed. However, the U.S. Postal Service still delivers mail, and you can still send emails—though not everyone opens emails.
When you do a direct mailing with postcards, for example, it has a 100% open rate. Because it’s a postcard, people can see all the information on it. If you put a direct mailing in an envelope, however, the outcome is different—not everyone is willing to open an envelope.
In the video above, I’ll...
If you want to be a top-performing agent, you need to control your schedule. We’ll discuss this message in today’s coaching session.
As you know, being a full-time agent means putting in a lot of hours. It can often feel like your schedule is in control of you, rather than the other way around. However, it doesn’t have to be this way.
Today’s training message will teach you how to run a high-performance calendar that lets you schedule for success, while still leaving you time to lead a fulfilling life outside of your career. The key is knowing how to plan your days, weeks, months, and years with specific goals in mind.

As always, if you have any other questions or would like more information, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

As an agent, multiple-offer situations are unavoidable. Whether you’re in an up market or a down market, you need to be prepared for them once your buyer enters one so that they’re the ones who come out on top.
